OUR CONDO VS. A HOTEL?

Oceanfront is oceanfront … but is that the only concern?

Consider the size of a hotel “room” … with a sink, ref., and stove …

where the closet usuall is .. vs. a BIG, true 1 br, 1.5 bath RESIDENTIAL condo.

Is it really worth the difference .. in price and space? How about NOISE?

THE NEARBY DAYS INN (over on Rt. 501, 2 miles from us .. or abt.  5 miles from the beach)

shows as $55/night for 6/13- 6/20/09=$660/wk, plus tax .. for a 2 star ROOM… we’re about HALF that .. for a condo)
